Shoddy door handle

The only good point is that the handles are as advertised, but unfortunately the finish is shoddy and not the standard that I would have expected from Ironmongery direct. the top of the lever handle has several raised spots of hard finish which are noticeable to the eye and rough on the hands, The way that the two-part pad-handle is constructed makes opening the door uncomfortably rough on the hands. What happened to quality assurance? At the time I thought the price was too good to be true, and I was right!!! Ken Cain Developments
