Dimension diagram needs fixing

The diagram of dimensions is completely wrong! The rod thickness is given as 6.9 mm but is really 4.6 mm, the OD of the eye is given as 33.4 mm but is nearer 20 mm, the overall length is given as 111 mm but is actually 80 mm. As it turned out, the product was OK for my needs but that was only by good luck. The quality of the product appears to be fine. It would also be good if the nominal dimension was related to how the product is likely to be used. In this case, it would make sense if the nominal dimension was the distance from where the threaded section becomes the plain shaft, and the centre of the eye. Then if I want to put a wire 75 mm from a surface, I would choose a 75 mm screw eye. Using the overall length as the nominal dimension (as I assume you're (approx) doing) isn't particularly useful.
