Excel Flex Door Handle on Rose - Smartlatch Privacy Set - Black Nickel

Hoping this is a one off

Fitted whole house for a customer just over a year ago. Three doors have been fitted with the privacy function. Christmas day I get a call, somebody is trapped In the down stairs toilet with the locking button stuck. It would budge from ether side. Fortunately it was an adult and not a child and they climbed out the window, still able to enjoy the Christmas lunch they had just popped to the loo to wash hands before sitting down too. On arriving , I took the handles off,but still couldn't budge the darn thing. Ended up forcing the latch with the handle to get it open. On attempting to order the replacement latch , I found I could only get it with the handles included adding either to the cost. This could of been much worse if it had been an upstairs bathroom and a child. Not impressed having to five up my Christmas afternoon and coats involved,. Will not be using this product again and would not recommend it.
