The product was what I expected, but the service and delivery was exceptional! During a covid level 3 and Christmas. Delivered on 36 hours.

Second hand item - thought buying new
One of the two cords had clearly been used, was frayed and missing a link - it was folded very different to the other one - managed to fix as small item not worth sending back
