A great all round Silicon Sealant,

I have used Everbuild Builders Silicon in all colours for a few years now, and found it very reliable for all types of sealing. It works well from anything like brick wall expansion joints to sealing between door/window frames to brickwork. One of the main reasons I like it is the fact it flexes well when the materials around it expand and contract especially green oak where normal sealers tend to crack. The price is of course an added bonus but beware the use by date as it does go lumpy when this date is exceeded, however if you buy from sources like Ironmongery Direct this will never be a problem as they obviously have a good turnover.
