I am very satisfied with my purchase, it works perfectly well.

Speedy delivery, clear accurate product descriptions
Looks good and works well.
Replaced an old traditional nightlatch and this one being slightly larger covered over well. You do need to cut the connecting bar 6-7mm proud of the mounting plate as specified. I must have cut off at 8-9mm and the latch didnt release. I filed off 1mm and it was a smooth action. Only expected 2 keys, but there were 3. Happy with purchase.

Lock's fine - face plate design different
Bought this to replace a faulty lock so wanted an identical unit. It is - except the face plate is a different design. This could not be confirmed by the pictures before buying.
