Brilliant Lock, excellent customer service

The lock itself is brilliant, exactly what we were looking for. We had a lot of problems with delivery, entirely the fault of DPD who essentially lost our parcel but kept lying about it, but ironmongery direct were brilliant - very helpful and friendly customer service - in the end they sent us a replacement lock in the post with free delivery to compensate for the hassle. I would not hesitate to recomment them as a company or to order from them again.

Perfect for the job

Wanted to change our lock for a better looking and better quality one. This lock fits the bill. Very solid and looks great.

Used for straight swap

To replace an existing ERA nightlatch lock. Kept old strike plate, new one was different size. Cut the lock shank, replace the lock body and job done. Lock arrived very quickly and is good quality.
