- All the features of a standard BS3621 nightlatch but with the added feature of providing keyless egress at all times
- Suitable for front doors on multi-residential properties and buildings where the door is a means of escape in the event of an emergency
- The keyless lever on the inside of the door ensures it is possible to make an emergency escape in the event of a fire
- Features an integral cylinder pull which protects the cylinder from being drilled
- Includes 20mm bolt throw for extra strength and security

Poor Quality Nightlatch
Bought this for a front door. I have fitted Yale to Banham locks in the past . The cylinder seems pretty poor quality & the fitting of the lock to the back plate is frustrating. Also when using the key, every 2 or 3 times the key sticks and almost feels the key is going to be stuck in the lock.. As I wrote, I have fitted quite a few night latches in the past & this one appears the worst.

Good morning, Nightlatches do not require fire testing meaning none of our nightlatches are fire rated. However, as it is a keyless egress nightlatch allowing the door to be opened from the inside at all times without the need to find keys in the event of an emergency, it adheres to Fire Safety Regulations.
