- The British Standard high security keyless egress nightlatch allows the occupants to open the door from the inside at all times without the need to find keys in the event of an emergency
- An ideal solution for applications where British Standards and Fire Safety Regulations must be adhered to
- All the features of a Standard BS 3621 nightlatch but with the added feature of providing keyless egress at all times
- Suitable for front doors on multi-residential properties and buildings where the door is a means of escape in the event of an emergency
- The keyless lever on the inside of the door ensures it is possible to make an emergency escape in the event of a fire
- Features an integral cylinder pull which protects the cylinder from being drilled
- Conforms to BS 8621:2007 which mirrors BS3621:2017 but for escape locks
- Includes 20mm bolt throw for extra strength and security
- Secured by Design accredited
- Cannot be forced with a credit card - main lock bolt automatically deadlocks
- Supplied with 3 keys

- High security British standard 5 lever mortice deadlock resistant to drilling, hacksawing and picking through steel plates and false notching
- Conforms to the BS 3621:2017; meets the exacting demands of insurance companies and the Police
- 20mm bolt throw for additional strength and security
- Designed with hardened steel plates to resist drilling and two hardened steel plates in the deadbolt to resist hacksawing
- Keys have 1000 variations for added security
- All steel levers have false notching to resist lock picking
- UKCA approved
- 60 minute fire rating
- CERTIFIRE accredited to ensure compatibility with 30-minute and 60- minute timber based doorsets (BS EN 1634-1 or BS 476: Part 22: 1987), providing a compliant solution to meet the latest legislative standards
- Please note: intumescent pads should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations
- Intumescents are available: search for 'intumescent lock packs' All of our lock packs can be cut to size
