This lock perfectly finished a high end project in Shoreditch. Close to 1 tenth the cost Banham and just as good.

We have specified ERA egress locks on dozens of flats, they have a really solid feel and give the tenants confidence. I like them so much that I have ordered this locking nightlatch for my front door at home

Very good lock
Very good product , we buy it many times . Only one thing to say about is the keys . Are to small for such a strong lock and hard to open from outside by ladies .
