First rate front door catch
Very solid lock, easy to fit. Guideline diagrams showing where to drill particularly useful. This lock replaced another ERA lock, very similar, which gave up the ghost after 16 years.

Nice lock but wrong template supplied
Haven’t fitted the lock yet, the template supplied is for the 60mm backset. Can I get the right template please?

Missing pieces
There were missing half of the screws necessary to install the lock. I paid a locksmith to come and install it and I almost had to pay just for the visit as halfway of the installation we noticed that the necessary screws were missing. A waste of time and money!!!
