First rate front door catch

Very solid lock, easy to fit. Guideline diagrams showing where to drill particularly useful. This lock replaced another ERA lock, very similar, which gave up the ghost after 16 years.

  • Features an integral cylinder pull which protects the cylinder from being drilled
  • Includes 20mm bolt throw for extra strength and security
  • This product is ideally suited to glass panelled wooden doors
  • It's designed with an internal lockable handle, offering added security against forced entry
  • Operation is by key from the outside and by handle from the inside
  • Cannot be forced with a credit card - main lock bolt automatically deadlocks
  • The bolt can be held in the withdrawn position only with the use of the snib feature
  • Backset is the measurement from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyway
