hindered by lack of instructions
Lock is mechanically sound. Absence of instructions meant much time taken to work out how to install. Would have been hugely better with description of how to assemble end slides, and some paper templates for lock rebates would have been appreciated.

Couldn't use it
Thought this would help but it was a lock and handle failure. The rails are to big to use Collect+ so I do not know if I can return.

Hello, ERA advise not to trim the ends when using the shoot bolts as it needs to be so accurately cut so the shoot bolts can be slots back in. If you let us know the length of your door, we may be able to find something more suitable. Hello, Do you want both doors to lock? or will one be a slave door and just one door lock? We would suggest buying a lock for one door and a slave lock for the passive door. If you need more help, please give us a call. Thank you
