- Projects doors clear of architraves, window boards or downpipes
- Suitable for doors up to 120kg
- Heavy duty - for high use fire doors
- For exterior / interior use
- BS EN grade 13
- Suitable for 60 minute fire doors
- Measurements are leaf height x inside clearance x fully open width
- Inside clearance measurement is between the wings of the hinge and is the maximum projection you can achieve on lightweight doors
- For glazed or solid doors, inset the hinge leaf an additional 15% each side, for example 30% less projection
- PVD stands for Physical Vapour Deposition - a process and finish creating a molecular bond resulting in the most durable and hard-wearing coating available today. This makes the product more corrosion resistant, more hard wearing, and more impact resistant
- NOTE: Intumescent pads should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations
- Intumescent hinge pads are available in 100 x 30 and 100 x 43: search for 'intumescent hinge pads for FD30 and FD60' All of our hinge pads can be cut to size
