Does the job for a fraction of branded unit prices.
Wasn't quite a direct replacement of existing, bot the mortice was easily modified for this to fit and worked fine.

Access Control.
Have bought these electric releases on a regular basis from Ironmongery Direct as they are the same if not better quality than I buy from my usual wholesaler..... .. But cheaper! Straightforward replacement with the option for rim or mortice fixing. More than happy to recommend.
