Retailer great but poor product.
The service of the retailer is first class but this is the third gate latch I have bought (all the same) and I find the internal fixing mechanism/clip insufficient for a heavy and robust gate. I've not had one last more than three months before the handle pulls out...very dissapointing.

Top quality product
It’s expensive- but it’s rock solid. Much better quality than that cheap garbage from those DIY places. You may spend more but it should last 10x longer.

Not great.
Fitted four doors with the same handles a few years ago. Looked great and worked but Atwood broke after a couple of years use. The rings detach. Had to buy same ones again to replace them so they match the other.

Brilliant customer service. Couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately the goods were damaged in transit twiice but the customer service team arranged next day replacements. Damage in transit happens sometimes but I really can't fault the helpful team, their willingness to make sure I was looked after and the speed of delivery. Thank you to all!
