I had to prebuild my stud walls while waiting for the door kit. Really good fit all the specs were spot on. Really easy to install the door as well lots of adjustment height wise. Straight forward
The only problem with a pocket door with self closing device is its hard to make sure the surrounding area around the door is sealed and if brushes catches the door even little bit then self closing won’t work properly. Generally I found this type of frame is kind of difficult to install so practically fire door with 3 hinges is ideal.
