Gate locking

Slight pain having to hack saw the spindle to required post length but all in all quick a decent product. Secure gate. Though it can't unlock from inside. It only locks the push button mechanism.

Delivered quickly, easy to follow instructions, worked first time on our gate from the side of the house into the garden. Feeling very secure now.....

The two locks aren't linked

Bought two of these for two sequential gates. However the issue is the locks on each side are not linked to each other, so if the inside one is locked no amount of unlocking the other side will get you in. As such they are a waste of a lot of money for me, as I had to open them and play around with them before all that became evident. I have generously scored them 2 stars as the build quality is very good but that aside the locks really should be linked to each other so unlocking one side unlocks the whole lock, period.

Good product

Good Product, in case you missed it the combined back and side plate, can be removed and rotated 180° for swapping from left to right handed. The side plate contains screw holes for edge security screws that are inaccessible when the gate is closed. It comes with screws and 4 keys.
