- Easily reversible on site for left or right handed applications
- Heavy double springing ensures positive return of the lever or knob to its original position whilst the soft bolt spring ensures the latch locates into its keep quietly - an important factor in apartment buildings
- 60 minute fire rating
- Suitable for bolt through door furniture
- Easily reversible onsite for left or right hand applications
- NOTE: Due to the heavy spring within the latch, these tubular latches are not suitable for sprung door furniture
- 10 year guarantee
- NOTE: Intumescent should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations

Bit more pricey but worth it
I bought these hinges for my new front door, there are a bit pricey but when they where delivered I could see why, solid hinges and the polished Crome looks good, screws didn’t burr either but would check your bit in your drill to make sure, all in all very solid hinges if a little pricey

Ordered hinges 100x67x4 but hinges turned out to be 100x67x3.6
