About this product
- An adjustable power size 2-5 heavy duty cam action track arm fire door closer suitable for use in public buildings including schools, department stores and hospitals
- Suitable for exterior and interior doors up to 1250mm wide or 100kg max weight
- Cam action closers require a lower force to open the door, making them an ideal choice for where the Equality Act 2010 has to be considered
- Track arm door closers are ideal for areas where there is little incentive of care and possible misuse because there is no protruding arm when the door is closed
- Backcheck - Ideal for high traffic doors as it offers resistance when the door is opened with excessive force, preventing damage to doors
- Delayed action - Ideal for care homes and hospitals as this feature slows down the closing speed of the door
- The rapid decrease in opening force from the cam action meets the requirements of BS8300
- Closing and latch speed adjustments for a perfect closing action
- 120 minute fire rating

- Are you fitting to fire doors? We would strongly recommend that you bed both hinge leafs on these intumescent liners to fully comply with BS EN 1634 test requirements
- Suitable for hinges up to 100mm width
- Pack suits 3 pairs of FD60 hinges or 6 pairs hinges on FD30
- Are you fitting fire doors? If yes, you need to fit these pads to comply with European standards
- IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION: It is a legal requirement for hardware fitted to fire resisting doors to be CE marked. This ensures, in the case of any legal claim, that the best quality hardware has been fitted. The hinges we have marked on this page as suitable for fire doors are all tested and accredited. Important: When the hinges shown as being CE Marked are included in a fire resisting test they are fitted to the door and frame with intumescent pads under each leaf. You should fit these intumescent pads under any CE marked hinges to comply with the marking requirements. Failure to comply and fit intumescent pads in these circumstances will negate the installation. Fitting: fit one pad under each hinge leaf for FD30 and two under each leaf for FD60. Certifire is a Third Party Certification scheme encompassing compliance with British or European Standards, Fire test performance and Quality Assurance to ensure that the product certificated provides an acceptably high quality of performance.

Purchased this particular door closer as it has a really high quality modern finish and is adjustable in numerous ways that previously I had not given any thought too. Really easy to fit with clear instructions and a drill hole template so you can't go wrong. Would highly recommend for top end jobs.

Purchased this particular door closer as it has a really high quality modern finish and is adjustable in numerous ways that previously I had not given any thought too.
