Good product but misleading mointing instructions.
Well made and works well. Paper mounting template is misdirective and led to too low a mounting which required re-mounting. Use template as a guide only and take care that height is correct and that swing arm will not interfere with top of door. Or don't use the template at all and just measure from door hinge.
