Dorma Concealed Door Hinges
These door hinges are very expensive BUT worth every penny. They last 10 years with constant use, Do not buy a cheaper imitation of this product as it will fail.

Good afternoon, The minimum door thickness required is 50mm, please see the technical information on the fitting instructions (link below) for the EN 2 - 4 and the EN 3 - 6 https://ironmongerydirect-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/product-documentation/fittings/909270.pdf I hope this helps
