dorma floor spring
only had to change a few of these in the past 5 years as part of an in house service team ,, these are pretty easy to fit and work well on the doors ant beat them good make

Dorma is a great brand for floor springs, I use them often for my customers and this product was installed with ease, yes I would recommend this product however saying that I am sure most floor springs will be trouble free, I must also mention that any commercial product like this will get a lot of use so please don't expect these to last for ever, as with any commercial property everything gets misused on a daily basis and will never last, remember that when purchasing any product I know for fact as I maintain commercial properties.
