Poor quality
Super cheap and nasty. How many disabled people have been trapped in a toilet because of these badly made units. Home 2 hours late trying to cobble together two of them due to defects in the construction. Not happy. This product is damaging your company . I have purchased one good product from you in the past and one bad one so i am on the fence about further custom.

Was simple to fit not 100% it will last too long as the parts where cheap and threaded easily not the best,
