Had a minor issue but the company fixed it

As others have noted, if you order 2 or more units what you receive might not match. Mine were the same overall shape, but with design differences that were clearly noticeable. The two packs had different bar codes (but the same company product code, so this wasn't a one-off mistake) and only one of them came with screws included. I contacted the company about it and they sent a replacement so that I have 2 matching, as I'd originally wanted. They even included a chocolate bar in the package to apologise! Customer service was fast and courteous and it was overall a model of how to handle a complaint. Well done, and I'm looking forward to these being on display in my house for a long time.

Look great - feel solid

Bought these for our recent house renovation to add to the back of our oak doors. The hooks look great, and match the handles we bought really well! Would happily recommend to a friend looking to match antique bass fixings.

I liked the non plastic packaging

The box was packed with paper type packaging rather than plastic bubble rap - less plastic to go into the environment - hurray!
