Plastic and not worth the money

I bought this as a gift for my dad. He wanted one specifically with vertically placed holes and this was the only one I could find that guaranteed it. One received (in a box way too big) I thought it felt light but wrapped it and give as a present. When he opened it I was embarrassed. It was light plastic with a chrome 'look' which means it doesn't fall down and is difficult to put a towel through one handed. I guess I just assumed from a company called 'ironmongerydirect.co.uk' that it would be metal. If I'd known it was plastic I'd have bought one for a lot less than what I paid for this. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because technically it does the job.
