Accuracy essential
I bought 5 of these locks but have only fitted one so far. The locks do seem good but in fitting I found accuracy was very important. If you cut the spindle even 2 mm short the two parts of the lock wont catch/join/link. If you cut the spindle 2 mm too long the lock rocks on itself. So far one lock fitted two spindles used.! I say "trade" below because I used and paid a professional joiner to fit the first door and it's furniture and it was he who found out about the accuracy
