A great product and company to deal with really efficient staff!!!!

Not white, galvanised. Needs cutting to length.

I bought this thinking to save time on making a pelmet out of timber. Even if it hadn't arrived bent (now returned for refund) it wouldn't have saved much time as (a) it's not 'made to measure' for the door gear that was associated with it, it's a standard length that would need to be cut to length, and (b) it's bare galvanized steel - not white as I'd assumed from the pictures [though I'd agree it doesn't say 'white' in the text anywhere] so I'd have to paint it anyway. Given that, it's more than a little expensive.

Quality Pelmet

Galvanised steel pelmet with a return on the bottom edge to make the front edge rigid. Simply cut to length, screw on through the pre-drilled holes in the top into the wooden wall plate you have mounted the Coburn door gear on. Blank off ends with wood etc, paint to match decor. Couldn't make one as good for £40

Would be better if available in lengths to suit door track and to have end closure pieces available to tidy up finished project.
