Problematic Sliding Door Gear

We ordered this Coburn Panther sliding door gear as a replacement because the same one we fitted 14 months previously had become faulty. when the replacement turned up it was taken to site and unpackaged to find out it also was faulty as the inner guide was so stiff you could not move it even with applying a lot of force. A second replacement was ordered and that one turned up exactly the same so we decided to order a totally different manufacturers sliding door gear on the forth attempt

A bit fiddly

Does the job but if there’s a slight bend in the track it doesn’t run properly make sure you use the grease supplied or it squeaks badly
