- A power size 3 heavy duty electromagnetic hold-open fire door closer ideal for use in public buildings including schools, department stores and hospitals, nursing and convalescent homes - especially when used in conjunction with a fire alarm system
- Features a built-in adjustable backcheck - Ideal for high traffic doors as it offers resistance when the door is opened with excessive force, preventing damage to doors
- Suitable for use on interior doors up to 950mm wide or 60kg max weight
- Suitable for pull side mounting/transom mounting
- Can be set to operate in either hold-open or swing free function which is ideal for areas used by the disabled or elderly, as it allows the door to operate without any resistance
- Electromagnetic hold-open between 85° and 110° - Ideal for busy corridors and preventing fire doors being illegally propped open
- Input voltage 24VDC
- 120 minute fire rating
- 10 year guarantee
