About this product
- An adjustable power size 3-4 slimline electromagnetic door closer suitable for use in high traffic areas where a standard closer could be an inconvenience such as cinema foyers, hospitals, nursing homes or schools
- Track mounted and features a built-in adjustable backcheck - Ideal for high traffic doors as it offers resistance when the door is opened with excessive force, preventing damage to doors
- Suitable for use on interior doors up to 1100mm or 80kg max
- Fire tested / CE marked for pull side mounting applications only
- Fully adjustable hold open possible between 75 and 110 degrees
- Designed to hold the door open during normal use whilst connected to the building fire alarm or smoke detection system
- On sounding of the fire alarm, or in the event of a power failure, the electromagnet will deactivate and the door will close in a controlled manner
- Fail safe electronics guarantee the door is released in the event of a fire or power failure, whilst manual override allows the door to be pulled closed at any time
- On-board fire test switch simulates fire conditions enabling the closer to be checked on a regular basis
- Input voltage 24VDC
- 120 minute fire rating - Pull side mounting applications only
- 10 year guarantee
