Ball Latch.
Really good ball catch. Their is a small amount of adjustment for the strength of the spring. The position of the ball can also be adjusted in & out, but needs a little bit of thread locker on the threads to “firm the thread up. Note the striker plate is slightly different size compared to a normal interior latch. Very simple to chisel the door frame for it to fit.

Ball Latch.
Really good ball catch. Their is a small amount of adjustment for the strength of the spring. The position of the ball can also be adjusted in & out, but needs a little bit of thread locker on the threads to “firm the thread up. Note the striker plate is slightly different size compared to a normal interior latch. Very simple to chisel the door frame for it to fit.
