Very badly described
It's ok and nicely solid but the product drawing and the supplier's answers to some questions on the website are seriously misleading. They suggest that the item is fixed with threaded studs spaced 100mm apart vertically; indeed that was one reason I bought it, as it would have matched the fixings for my old knocker. In fact what you might think are the holes for the studs (indeed 100mm apart vertically) are actually not threaded, and the item has to be fixed by securing a small plate to the door then clipping the unit over that. As the way my door is arranged means the knocker is also used to pull the door closed, I wasn't happy just screwing the plate into the door surface. I had to get some M4 x 50mm countersunk-head machine screws (standard 44mm timber door) and use 3 of them to secure the plate, using washers and nuts on the inside with a bit of countersinking. So just a few new holes to drill, 3 x 4mm for the plate and 1 x 12mm for the spyhole, but very poor product description.

Nice door knocker, with integral spy hole
Looks fine, with bright chrome finish. easy to fit, too. One small downside is it doesn't fit completely flush to door surface (but nearly). Very secure though, with spy hole preventing removal except from inside.
