Does exactly what it needs to do
This was bought as a replacement unit that had previously served us well for 10 years. In fact the arm on this version is a lot sturdier

Easy to install but inconsistent in closing; I have 2 and they are both the same. You set it to close nicely and test it 10 times but then next time it slams. Very frustrating
