Great product.
Good website, easy to order. Good customer service, prompt resolution of problem. However, packaging needs to improve to prevent damage on delivery & courier needs to know to handle product with care.

Good Service
Two of the four corners were bent on both panels which was disappointing but we managed to straighten and then fix to door the half-door kick plates. It won't stop me using Ironmongery Direct as they offer a good service and product.
