Hmmm, difficult one!
I ordered a 127mm, the box said 127mm, the knocker was indeed 102mm which is the subject of this review it would now appear. I had a bit of a strop (sorry lovely ironmongerydirect person!)(and you all are!) at the prospect of having to wait. Lo and behold, a bigger better shinier one arrived the very next day. Now that IS customer service! Many thanks, will deco return
