Disappointing
The pair of brass door knobs arrived promptly and well packaged. however, both had marks in the metal under the protective clear finish and were not fit for purpose. had they cost under £10.00 one could have accepted this quality control issue but at £25.00 they should have been unmarked

Too stiff
Once our builder fitted it we couldn’t open the door! Very stiff so will be requesting a refund. Not sure if that’s a fault only with the one we bought or generally the design.
