Quick and easy shelving

I have used Altro twin slot shelving a few times now and find it works really well. Very easy to fit and because of the regular fixing points, surprisingly strong too. I just put up a load of it in my workshop and garage and had all the stuff that was piling up on the floors all neatly stacked away by the ne dof the weekend. Looks good, is not hugely costly, easy to install. You need to make your own shelves but suggest either 18mm ply if nothing too heavy is going up, or 25mm ply if you have a bit of weight. If you use 18mm shelves, suggest about 600mm to 800mm between uprights - makes for good solid shelving.
