About this product
- This British Standard high security nightlatch complies with BS3621:2007 and falls in line with the new European Standard (BS EN 12209)
- Features an integral cylinder pull which protects the cylinder from being drilled
- Includes 20mm bolt throw for extra strength and security
- This product is ideally suited to glass panelled wooden doors
- It's designed with an internal lockable handle, offering added security against forced entry
- The bolt can be held in the withdrawn position only with the use of the snib feature
- Operation is by key from the outside and by handle from the inside
- Cannot be forced with a credit card - main lock bolt automatically deadlocks
- Backset is the measurement from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyway

Door Step Plate
Bought this for an office reception door which has a wooden step. Personnel constantly catch the wooden step and it was looking the worse for wear. Now it looks smart and modern, whilst protecting the wooden step.
