Altro Squash Court Flush Handle - 87 x 87 x 19mm - Polished Brass

Disappointing product.

Ordered two Squash Court handles - they were more expensive than I was hoping to pay but they were brass and looked like quality - so was happy to pay that bit more. However, they are very very badly designed - once we fitted them and tried to operate the handles we realised that the groove to lift the handle is WAY too small. You have to be a child to get your finger in the groove to lift the handle and operate the door. Every time we try to use the door it is a complete faff. Totally not worth the money. Before you buy or take the products out of their packaging I’d recommend examining them extremely carefully - as they are not as good quality as the pictures or price would have you believe.

Just what I wanted

Good quality item. Actually 2 handles... one for either side and the bar to join them. The photos or description don't mention this. I am using it to open a trap door, which it will be perfect for.

Squash court handle or Floor Door Handle

I was after something to go flush on the floor for a wine cellar door, the usual pull rings just did not seem substantial enough, then I came across these and could not believe my luck, substantial enough to walk over and can be made flush. Job done ( I did strip and cross drill drive bar to stop it falling out ! )
