Product arrived promptly. Could have done with better packing as it was slightly bent in one corner on arrival, but nothing that could not be sorted. some reviews said screws were weak. They are brass as well so pre-drilling with a 3mm drill meant no problems with the screws. A good product overall and I would therefore recommend.

It was slightly bigger than expected but carpenter fixed it. But for the price it is lush!

Great product, great service

This is a well made product and looks great. My only gripe is regarding the screws, they aren't too soft and a couple of the heads snapped off. Luckily I was able to drill the screws and replace them

Ordering straight forward. Angle step good quality. Supplies screws poor quality & had to be replaced. Let down on delivery but when Ironmongery Direct got on to TNT delivery the response was quick within 2 hours but 2 days later than promised.
