Was missing a grub screw, vital part of the handle

Not suitable for Victorian rim locks

The handles are of good quality, however, only fit new locks, I had a couple of original Victorian locks that they were not suitable

Knobs don't spring back

The knob for the non rim lock side is not sprung so relies on the rim lock spring to spring the knobs back which it doesn't because the spring in the lock is not strong enough, I ended up having to buy another set of sprung knobs to complete the job, so I lost out quite badly. Please make a note of this Ironmongery Direct as we the fitters are the people buying your stuff.

I brought this for a door i was installing for a customer and it is a great product

The Allen key was not man enough, pulling the door closed the handle repeatedly came off,despite having used pliers to finish tightening the screw. Finally solved problem by drilling the shank at the point where the screw fetched up against the shank. Apart from that a nice solid handle
