Nice finish, poorly engineered.
Nice finish but poorly engineered. The sprung knobs do not turn freely enough and are not completely square to the roses which means when fitted to a door they are either very stiff to turn or get struck straight away as they are too stiff for the springing action from the lock. As a carpenter, fitting these has caused alot of unnecessary hassle and means I've had to slacken the fixing screws off to allow them to spring back, which is far from ideal. Quite disappointed that Ironmongery Direct stock such a poor quality item. Much more engineering improvement needed, far from impressed.
