Acceptable but expected better

The handle functions fine but the build quality isn't up to the same standard I've seen from the other Altro branded products I've used. There's more play in the hinge than I had expected. Some of the edges are sharper than I'd prefer. The included screws are relatively soft, and definitely require a generous pilot hole so that the slot heads don't end up stripped. The diameter of the handle is a tiny bit wider than advertised, by my measurements around 0.3-0.4mm. Nothing a wiggle of the drill bit couldn't handle but, again, not the quality I'd seen from other items in the brand. It functions and looks good enough for me to keep them but I wouldn't fit them again in a rush.

Bought 8 of these for some folding shutters and they are rubbish! At £7.20 they’re not even cheap

Quality hinges

The hinges are of very good quality and a reasonable price.

Overall the product was OK but the actual ring pull is way to small looks bigger in the picture
