Slightly different

The door stops that arrived were unfortunately different from the ones pictured, this was a problem because not only were the rubbers cylindrical rather than domed as the ones we previously purchased but the bases were a millimetre or so smaller so they weren't a simple swap for the tarnished ones with rubbers missing unless we wanted to repaint the skirting. We ended up pulling the rubbers as replacements and polishing the tarnish as best we could.

Superb product

These are for a new build which I will be living in and I'm very pleased with how they look.

Sent back: poorly designed; not depth adjustable and with a friable plastic stopper A thread joining the flange to the tube would have been better.
