Good service. Good product with one issue

I've never found fault with the service. The product is good quality and looks like it will give long service. I've only docked one star because the flush handle ring was left with very sharp edges from precision cutting that I had to file down. This is far from ideal in a product intended for hand use.

Door Handle

Suggested by our carpenter to use as a handle for internal folding doors that require a flat profile. Do exactly what we want.
