Internal door fittings

Bought these for new doors but when they arrived one set was completely wonky and could not be fitted. I was disappointed with this as I had the carpenter in that day to fit them and he couldn't do it. However,Customer service were very helpful and a new set was sent out straightaway.The handles look lovely on the doors.
