Couple of hinges already failed.
Couple of hinges already blown. Time will tell with the rest. I did fit 3 for each door and so should comfortablly handle the 38kg doors. Time will tell.

Good quality
I bought this latch to replace one that became twisted in a door. This was inexpensive, so I was worried about quality, however it is much better than the original latch. In fact I’m thinking of replacing the rest in my house as it is much smoother opening door and doesn’t stick like the old ones did.
