Poor Quality
Disappointed with the quality of this item. No fixings supplied in the packaging and one of the side brackets fell off on removing from the packaging. It wasn’t exactly cheap either so very poor value for money.

Shoddy and cheap
The interior letterbox cover was poorly made and cheap looking, I had expected much much more for the price. On the plus side ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and the service was slick...so a great service but a poor product.

Flimsy & Poorly Made
Bought this for a commercial entrance we were making that required a larger than normal letter box. This tidy consists of a folded sheet metal with two small brackets either side, held together by two loose pins that needed crimping to stop it falling apart.
