Shocking Quality
Bought this item for a property we are renovating, but a really terrible piece of architectural hardware, it fell apart as soon as I held it by the end piece, the rivets are too short and both fell out, leaving 3 separate pieces. Due to time I had to use it and replaced the rivets with longer screws, would never buy this again really shocking quality!

Does the job
I bought this chrome letter tidy to replace my old bronze one. Came in a box in good condition with four chrome screws. Only problem was no padding to stop it banging when closing.
