I broke an old bannister rail and needed one of these to fix it. Delivery was speedy and had the items in my hand in less than a week. The items were packaged in such a way that there were no parts scratching each other and solid shiny brass. There are enough screws of the same material to screw it in the wall and wood - so all and all everything I needed!

I used these outside on green oak mop stick handrail. Proper heavy duty. Look the part. Even the screws that came with it were good enough to fix to the oak.
